[bodytext] => He understands my reasons
he understands my words
our voices are all we have
the thundering herds

i understood his hopes
i understood his pain
i wanted to help his heart
help him to not be lame

we spoke from the heart
that understood our souls
but now where he stood
there is an empty hole

did he know i understood?
did he know of what i had?
did i know of his lies?
did i know whe felt so bad?

I guess i could have said
what i thought we should
but there again all we had
was simply understood [comments] => 3 [counter] => 194 [topic] => 43 [informant] => Snugglebear [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 7 [ratings] => 2 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => oops )

We often fall for the wrong ones .. But a hint to the wiser when you know it is the right one is when you feel like the missing part of you is back.

I totally know how this goes.... why is it that we (females) always think it's going fine when the men are getting (for lack of a better word) bored? hmm..... just not fair.... Good write my friend!

Why is that the natural human reaction when we get hurt is to blame ourselves. I bet he knew, perhaps he just wanted to keep his distance. Either way bet was the one of the best friends you've ever had.
