She must want me to cut her some slack; it's too late.

Now you wanna know how I feel? My heart is seperated, so I'm unable to feel, we were so close to working a deal, that was until your heart turned heel; it's too late.

You weren't in town when I was at my down. I never asked to be treated like royalty, I never put on my crown. So why the "HELL" did my smiles turn to frowns? Now you wanna come around; it's too late.

My heart was bold, from what I was told; it was consequence to being cold. But it was you that decided to fold, I didn't put our relationship on hold. I waited, but the waiting got old; it's too late.
