[bodytext] => In every darkness lies a light A beam to shine the Way across A friend to undertake your plight A gain to overtake your loss This light exists inside us all And when the darkness rears its horns The Way, through light, prevents our fall And keeps our path from being torn. Light flows and reaches every space To help a family’s way along, Locking darkness in cage of lace While singing notes of Love’s sweet song. And in the end our souls are new, And nevermore we have to fight. When love surrounds like morning dew In every darkness lies a light.
