Starring down at this sharp metal blade
Thinking of all the head games you played
And of how many times I have prayed
But it still couldn't get rid of all the times I've been betrayed
I'm on the edge of doing it, though I wish not
I was taking the easy way out, but I got caught
What about me, how do I confide?
I'am now thinking of the news, the reaction they'll have
When they find out, I've committed suicide.

On the burg of doing it
Starring down at this sharp metal blade
Thinking of all the head games you played
And of how many times I have prayed
But it still couldn't get rid of all the times I've been betrayed
I'm on the edge of doing it, though I wish not

Wow I must say this is one of the best poems i have ever read. I mean rhyme wise. I don't know what it was but it just clicked. Excellent job. And if this is about you, DEAR GOD WOMAN DON'T DO IT!!!!!!!!!!!

I believe that word should be 'verge' not burg. Keep writing to get your emotions out so you don't have to make such a drastic mistake. No one is worth killing yourself for, trust me on that one.

Awesome poem, it has great rhymes, well written and expresses very heavy feelings. Way to let your emotions out. It's always better to write a poem than to commit suicide, althought it's not always clear at that moment in time. Anyways, if you ever want to talk, send me a message, it will be my pleasure, ok ?
