Time to close off, don’t you see?
Time to block everyone out
And close my heart’s house

Time to keep everyone far away

I need my alone time
The time when I say I’m fine
But really it’s just a lie
Until I tell you goodbye

It’s my time to be alone

Time alone...we all need that sometimes don't we? It's the time when we get our thoughts and beliefs straighten out. The time sometimes needed the most when things are looking down. I like the way you presented such a time in your life. There's alot rhyme in this poem I've noticed. I don't know if you intended that to happen, but it sounds awesome. (I'm talking about internal rhyme, by the way.) 7/5 lol
