and wonder to myself, how much can i stand?
And the people here treat me like dirt,
they spit on me and make me hurt.

My only joy in life has left me here,
his name was Einar, and he died last year.

I put the knife to my throat,
as my life becomes a sinking boat.
I can sense the end coming near,
yet I'm so sad I can't shed a tear.
I see the light beginning to fade,
and I think to myself I should have prayed.

I tell you now I don't know why I chose this --
But do me a favor, and give the world on last kiss. [comments] => 4 [counter] => 240 [topic] => 36 [informant] => kolbrun [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 3 [ratings] => 1 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => Suicide )

Very well written I pray this is "only" a poem.
I could feel your pain and emptiness...hang on it will get better.
Great write my friend,
