Array ( [sid] => 10571 [catid] => 1 [aid] => Mick [title] => Chances Are [time] => 2003-01-17 07:20:00 [hometext] => Chances are we all can understand this poem. If not it is my prayer you will someday.

Russ [bodytext] => Chances were my love
We would never meet
Like our hopes- Our dreams
The chances were fleet

Chances were we would pass
As two ships in the night
Passing each other
Just out of sight

So we prayed to the "Light"
In our own special way
Asking Him to guide us
As we searched for the day

Somewhere in heaven
A gentle whispered word
" Chances are my children "
" Your prayers are heard "

" Chances are you will meet "
" One autumns eve "
" Chances are you will find the light "
" And believe "

" Chances are the light in your eyes "
" Will shine brighter than the stars "
" Chances are the love you find "
" Will heal all your scars "

" Chances are your night will end "
" You'll see the dawning of the day "
" Chances are you'll understand "
" The " Light " hears the words you pray"
