I'm lost and lonely
Helpless and bare
Dying on the inside
But no one seems to care
I reach my hand out
Waiting for a chance
From anyone out there
But they dont even glance
I really need some help now
For this life that Im in
Is pretty pathetic
And there's no way I can win
'Cause Im standing on the edge no
Giving up on dear life
'Cause this life has betrayed me
And left me with nothing but a knife
And this knife is what Ill use
To get rid of my pain
To wash away my sorrow
With no more to obtain

No!!! no use the knife!! talk to me remember, i'm still here!! don't hurt yourself, please.
but the poem is great! i loved it, as i do all of your writes!! and yet again, it feels like you are writing from my heart. just, let's stay together and help each other through the lives we are left with. just take care of yourself for me and keep up the great work!
