[bodytext] => Oh, the joys of aging. A lifetime of hormones raging. With minor bruises, aches and sprains. And many major growing pains. A growing stiffness in the joints. A serious lack of it at other points. Skin that sags and starts to wrinkle. Occasionally an untimely tinkle. Muscle tone not what it used to be. Eye sight fading, need glasses to see. Hot flushes to look forward to. And don't forget the night sweats too. There's so much pain to getting older. Each new winter feeling colder. But who wants to stay young forever? Life experience makes you clever. Each new day has a lesson to teach. Though life is a challenge, it's not always bleak. There are still many pleasures that living can bring. A magical sunset still makes my heart sing. Love makes life's load seem easier to bear. I have it in abundance, I've plenty to spare. So I'll take the bruises and I'll take the pains. And remember to be grateful for what I have gained.
