Bed of oak with springs neat,

Job is steady at trade,

There’s employment for you,
live with me plans come true.

I dearly love this write. It has such a nostalgic feel to it. I can see my Grandfather proposing to my Grandmother in this fashion. He was a mere blacksmith when they married and they built back up a large ranch working together with a dream in mind. Reach the apex they certainly did, hand in hand and heart to heart.

This is very good. I like the simplicity of it because it seems more sincere.

This was a really good write. Simplicity at it's best.
