a roller coaster moving to fast
Life
the success of catching that ten pound bass
Life
a memory soon forgotten
Life
an apple that has became very rotten
Life
an elevator full of ups and down
spending a life waiting for that faithful sound
of “Come dear believers. My kingdom awaits.
Take that final step into the pearly gates.”

Our savior will come back.
Christians the world will lack.
Fire and brimstone appear all around.
“He has come back!” they say as the trumpets sound.

My eyes fill with tears and cloud my vision.
Even without it I know this is the great division.
All drop to their knees and confess their sins.
because we all know in the end The Lord will win.

This is good but it is only one side of the coin. I think I will use this song to show the other side.

"For every mountain I have climbed
every raging river crossed
You were the treasure i was longing to find
without your love i would be lost
Let the world stop turning
Let the sun stop burning
Let them tell me love's not worth going through
If it all falls apart
I will know deep in my heart
the only thing that mattered has come true
In this life i was loved by you"

Quote from "In this Life" by Colin Raye
