Sitting alone in my heart.
Let this inner sorrow die.
Let luv yearningly run free
Don't wonna sit alone to cry.

Take these tears oh great spirit
Turn them to your un-dying luv.
Turn on your heavenly faucet
Wash our planet from heaven above.

Send someone to share this load.
Bathe us in your spirit free.
Lead this vessle to your light
Make a change, start in me.

Oh Father you stand by me
in joy, luv or great sorrow.
Without you I'd be gone.
still you always bring tommorow.

Take my insecurities dear one
Turn them to your perfect will
Let heavens light blink on
Carry me to the top of your hill. [comments] => 13 [counter] => 374 [topic] => 34 [informant] => emystar [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 30 [ratings] => 6 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => SongLyrics )

Beautiful write. Sometime we wish that we could have someone help us carry such pain.
Love the native sounding music and the pic.

Oh Emystar this is so very b eautiful and touching. I am aggrieved to hear you lost a friend.
But, the departed loved ones are always with us although we do not see them.
Love never dies. They wait for us on the other side.
What a beautiful lovihg tribute to your friend She surely is all smiles and so proud of you.
and your beautiful song. for her..

Love and peace
Elizabeth

Emy, is this the beautiful friend who was sick in the hospital... my heart is heavy, my prayers were strong.. if so, the Lord will take care of her...of us Emy... I am so very sorry...Lord take our tears...yes and wash us all...but we are not alone Emy..never... alone... I love you...a beautiful love prayer song for your dear friend, from you a friend of mine as well, because of our friendship, you give me so much care.. I promise I will not stop praying, for I have to keep fueled up, so that I can give, give, give...until I can't any longer..

I really like this, Emy..

It's so very sad, but lovely at the same time.
It seems almost like a plea, and I really do hope that your wish is granted.

Great write, my friend,
I'm sorry for your loss.
*hugs*

I am back after a while... and whether I was here or not... you and your writing was always something that I could easily remember. Now I am back... now I am reading your delightfull poems again.

I;m sorry about your friend. I have never had to face the death of a friend... and it must be hard to explain the feelings you have... but you do it and I can feel your pain. There's one line I especially love...

"Send someone to share this load"

If only that could happen... that would be so great. It's so often that I wonder something like this.

I love your writes... I always will... and I haven't alked to you in sooo long... so I hope all is well with you.

I must say Emy, this piece is deeply introspective, and quietly reflective. There's a moving quality to this write that the reader can immediately relate to. This has got to be one of my favourites I've read by you...Very well done.

Hope you have a wonderful Xmas, and even better new year : )
