We sometimes don't really know,
The reasons why we do these things,
wanting our feelings to show,
We do them any ways,
Why did I say such hatred,
Why did I feel the pain,
Why did I feel the need to express,
all this anger in my vains?
Why did all this happen,
why do you treat me like this,
Why don't we understand,
all that life has to give,
why is this hurting so,
It sometimes hurts to live,
Why is it you dont feel,
what I'm feeling too,
I want to open up more,
Why cant I tell you?
All I'm feeling is confused,
about what I did,
Why is it hard for you,
To listen to all of this?
Why do we do the things we do?
Why do we say the things that we say?

Why do we do the things that we do,
When we know their wrong,
Why do we say the things that we say,

Why do we,why do we?

Remember One on One...If you keep things bottled up inside i do beleive this is how anger all comes out at once for many people. You have to find a way that's easy for you...a way that you can deal and cope with what's going on with this situation...I feel truly inmy heart that you will have so much release within you by spending a whole entire day with each person, one step at a time getting to really know what they feel and how come they feel the way they do.....and letting them know how you feel without the arguing.....arguments never get anyone anywhere.....althought the reality in life is that there are and will be arguments...but we as people can learn to control what we say and do.....Each one of us is responsable for our own actions......i truly beleive things will get better for you...and i know that's easier said than done....and it's easy for me to say because im not there living in what you are.....take these days...one on one....i think you'll learn alot as so will they....*hugs*
