imprisoned in your own mind by walls of your own design? sounds like u need to let lose and have soe fun :D, this is a awsomly worded poem kep it up.

when you suffer from anxiety, fun is almost impossible ..

Laura! How good to see you posting again...This is a very honest, and emotive spill. I like the way you wrote this; it's simple, yet quite effective. Nicely done, and I hope you make that 'escape' soon : )
