Like nothing ever went wrong
The one you always used to sing
Back then those words didnt sting
Your voice was music to my ears
Now it just brings too many tears
What brought about this change?
Why is everything turning so strange?
It all used to be right
Something happened, ever so slight
To turn the day into night
To make black from white
I miss the one I used to love
The one I believed was sent from above
I beg that soon you will see
That you really do love me
And you will return to where you belong
In your arms I can be strong
This is what you lack
So please come back
And sing me that song
