I try to forget about it as if it isn't there
But it's killing me inside

It's controlling my life
It's taking over my body
I don't understand why I'm feeling this why
Why does my heart hurt and wont so much I can not handle
I'm so lost in these emotions
I feel I'm losing myself in this place I've traped myself
I can not say if this emptyness exist
But it's there in my soul, traped in my heart and it's starting to spred through out my whole body
I'm falling in this confusness and I could feel me draning

Theres this emptyness inside me I can not fill
I don't know waht it is
I try to forget about it as if it isn't there
But it's killing me inside
This big empty hole that makes me cry

WHAT MAKE YOU WHOLE AGAIN IS TO HAVE SOMEONE APERCIATE THE TRUE BEAUTY OF THE WOMEN YOU TRULY ARE.

FOR THIS EMPTINESS YOU FEEL IS NOT LONLINESS OR HEARTACHE BUT YOUR UNWILLINGNESS TO SEE YOUR TRUE BEAUTY INSIDE AND OUT EVEN WHEN OTHERS DONT.

KEEP YOUR HEAD AND KNOCK'EM DEAD WHEN YOU WALK BY AS THEY ADMIRE THE BEAUTY YOU PORJECT.

I agree that I can't be much help until I know what I can't say..and what I should say. The holes usually tend to be lonliness for a kindred spirit...either you push everyone away or you pretend to be someone you're not or someone smashed your heart into pieces. ANyway you look at it, all that can be done is to be yourself, throw your shoulders back and pick your head up. From there, the world is your oyster. Go out, make a new friend..get into something you really love doing...anything but sitting still and letting your mind and soul sink into the hole..I'm not saying things will get better...but I think that it will help

Grief left a hole in my heart when my mother died last year, it still feels like yesterday. So many people I know are on antidepressants, but I chose a more natural approach. St Johns Wart. It has been really helpful. This is not advice, I'm just telling you what I did. Stay strong Roxygirl. You are a very eloquent poet. Blessings.
