The things I've done I'd sure like to downplay
There are parts of my life that others may not know
But there's my God who knows the deep parts of my soul
How can I face a loving God who is so kind?
I'd feel unworthy - my stomach knots in a bind
To know the God of all ages care for me being me
I couldn't hide, if I want to, I just have to just be
Though no one really knows me -- the person -- inside
The God who just loves me -- in Him I should confide
All the hidden secrets, sins and lies I need Him to forgive
Let Him have control of ME and because of His Love live
There's no need to fear Him or try to hide myself away
God knows me too well and regardless He loves me today
This knowledge isn't for me alone, but to share
God's waiting for you and wants you to know He cares. I enjoy everyday life ever since I asked Him into my heart. I love Him so. There are things that only God knows, and only He needs to know. I never tell all, it stays with Him and me. You know what the true meaning of telling God what you did last night, (He knows all), its us saying ok God I did this, admitted our faults. In this way, we can take off those chains that bind us. Do not be afraid to go to Him, tell Him how you feel, He has forgiven you anyway. What do I share, I share the love He gave to me. It is not good enough for me just to read and pray and stick to myself, in order for me to be truly alive, I must share and show miracles by being kind and helping others. Listening to others and showering them with gifts is true living.

Thank you for this poem.
