That bridges this to that
You won’t need your compass
You can forget your maps
All you need to know
Is that you are where its at

The discrepant directions
Road signs send mixed messages
A leaky roof for your protection
The rain slips through
The roaches beyond detection
Multiply from a small few
Conceived this new generation

A significant possibility
That the diagnosis is adapt
Thriving in comorbidity
A loose connection has snapped
The guards and the sentry
Patrol your house
Under government scrutiny
You break and relapse

Multiply the subtracted total
Quantify the subjective whole
While you personify
The moral lessons you once told
An unequivocal computation
An obtuse angle of persuasion
Your formula lacks its dedication
With which it holds

Validity and its properties
Morality on its lonesome knees
E equals MC squared is the key
While the prince of flight
Ponders his own morbidity
As he tangles with the thought
Of Newton’s inventive gravity

An erosion of biology
Sand washes the hills
An explosion of geography
The active volcano begins to spill
The skydiver overhead
Seeks his last leaping thrill
The poet among you
Weeps and cries still
