The mute shall live but soon go with the cowries
I rather go though not with my name
Walls shall bear it all.
Africa mother Africa the land of evil
Dwelling in the shadow of herself
With the same hymn of yesterday
Planted with nothing to harvest
Like wild goose chase your seeds are going the way they came
Pity Africa, weep for yourself
In your eye so brutal
I view the scene of destruction
Killing minds with a toast to corruption
The denotation you denied you now embraces
Black the colour of funerary.

This is so true, if you want to make a change to your life you have to go out there and do it. I live in South Africa btw, things are not so well as it seems either, Africa Africa... we dare challenge the lies?

I have so much respect for our earth, and yes beautiful Africa. I live in the U.S. and personally feel our country has turned it's back on her for numerous reasons, no oil for one, no riches to steal. I also feel our government has a problem with race, a disease in humans found in too many places. Thank you for sharing. Wonderful write, Peace, Laura
