this candle will burn for you forever

In that moment I tasted forever
wrote letters eternal to never be torn
rushing rivers everlasting to never run dry

My sweet
every time I see my shadow
how I wish that it was yours
and when I see my breath
I feel yours running through me
bringing light into my eyes
this candle will burn for you forever
and these feelings are like glass
becoming deeper day by day

I really enjoied this poem
the way you conveyed your love so perfect through the phrases you've composed
i reall like the lines

every time i see my shadow
