One wish is all I have to breathe.
To be able to express what I feel,
But I fear what this wish will up heave.

My wish is my guiding light,
Through my journey in this life.
If you knew, I fear of the flight,
This wish, the cause of so much strife.

I see this wish every morn,
This wish tells me I’ll be whole.
But my body is filled with scorn,
This wish tears my very soul.

My wish is my guiding light,
Through my journey in this life.
If you knew, I fear of the flight,
This wish, the cause of so much strife.

I see this wish every night.
The wish plays in my dreams.
The wish to hold you tight,
To hide you from the world’s screams.

My wish is my guiding light,
Through my journey in this life.
If you knew, I fear of the flight,
This wish, the cause of so much strife.

I know this wish will guide,
A light for me to follow.
If it were only as simple to swallow pride,
Then, in happiness, be free to wallow

One wish is all I need to heal.
