Eyes they swell with watered pain
I thought we wanted the same
Now I sit here shamed
Wish I had abstained
There was nothing I damn well gained

I'm drowning in it
Your flourishing in it
Your over it
I'm saddened by it

Angered by the past
How dare you leave me aghast
Did you enjoy shattering my glassed heart
I guess your happy now
I hope your proud

That you left me whimpering, wounded
In your black blizzard.

Your under it
Your all around it

*sigh* don't you just hate it when that happens? yes, it hurts, bad, but...good luck getting over it, and i assume we all do sometime. great write, i loved it too.

i realy like this. the first stanza really caught my attention and i think you did well by jumping right in to the subject, good poem, good flow, nice choice of words. keep it up!
