Deep in my soul is a warrior
ready to defend against attack
stand tall little warrior
do not succumb to defeat
though his lies bring sadness
and his deceit rips the heart
rise up little warrior
be on guard for the blow
listen to the words he speaks
a daily basis experiment he calls you
you mean nothing more than that
raise your shield high little warrior
his promises drift in the wind
a proposal of marriage quickly forgotten
never to be mentioned again
watch him closely little warrior
see the way he betrays all trust
his heart is cold and unfeeling
though he claims love only for you
wear your armor little warrior
overcome his charms and seduction
his eyes are filled with secrets
of his passion for other women
fortify your defenses little warrior
he will attempt to break them down
but you will defend and conquer
forever freeing me from his grasp

Simply splendid and completely enjoyable read. I love the courage displayed and the flow was relaxing. All in all a great job!
