Stuck in abusing, completely sick of losing as the chamber of my conscience stays lit
Everyone is scared, or know someone who's bared their teeth on their own free will
It comes as a shock, the front door is locked and someone else has got the thrill
They might have beef, but along the sill they creep until the last inch of memory is gone
It goes unnoticed, but carefully they know this and fade out like the last seconds of a song
It came as a surprise to hear those awful cries like murder came right on in
Stuck on my tongue and making me look dumb like I can't find the end to my begin
The end of this maze to break on in the pasture and graze like a normal fool would
I am a pencil with no eraser, and I could never hate her, but you stare at me and I should [comments] => 1 [counter] => 156 [topic] => 13 [informant] => Exodus [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 0 [ratings] => 0 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => DarkPoetry )

this feels like those poems that just explode from your fingertips, no idea where they came from or how they formed but intense and a great release..............good job

Poetry is much like a great photo, a single "moment in time" capturing many feelings and emotions. Yet, they are very alive; creating stirrings within the readers who form visual "pictures" of the expressed emotions within the Poem. ©
