Children have much more pressure, From many vices of today... Vices in which we didn't have to contend... There's no need to sweep it under the rug, Or turn a deaf ear, saying it doesn't exist, Trying to pretend. That all's right with the world, Don't be so blind that you can't see. Children need our love and support, Or else they'll seek it in the streets. Keep the doors of communication open. Listen to what they have to say. Understanding is the key... Give them a great big hug and I love you. To help them start their day. Take time while there is time, Helping our children learn to cope. Let not their hopes and dreams be forgotten. Or they will be most sorrowfully...
