If we live to be eighty four thats sixty and still then five more of empty years left to write theyll write themselves, try as i might.
You fell in love but i with you I dont know her, this sure is true i'm trying hard to be sincere but its hard for me to see you with her, dear.
Theres nothing we can do, though we try and try again, But be replaced and lose all faith on a rainy afternoon.
The back burner is oh so cold the fires gone, no hand to hold somewhere once i knew you well now its someone else you're trying to sell.
Theres nothing we can do, though we try and try again, But be replaced and lose all faith on a rainy afternoon. on a rainy afternoon.
