Every dream-seed dies for the love of you
Cripple boy~ ‘who isn’t handicapped’ in reality
Now, I lay you to rest near dreams to never be

You and I danced last night under the pale blue
Disheartened, you said, you couldn’t follow through
Behind a glass-wall another love watched as we danced
In that moment I knew why we were trying romance

In the giving of love we receive strength to excel
Your love, and mine, had been freed from a prison cell
Even though, not enough strength to carry us all the way
You and I, two stars in the night, to shine brighter today

Fare thee well, my love, I set you free that you may Fly...
Your touch consoled and helped restore, the evil I left to die
May your new love cause your spirit-dream to soar mightily
Always, and forever, know~ I’ll love you through eternity [comments] => 6 [counter] => 225 [topic] => 22 [informant] => Lilly-Quill [notes] => [ihome] => 0 [alanguage] => english [acomm] => 0 [haspoll] => 0 [pollID] => 0 [score] => 15 [ratings] => 3 [editpoem] => 1 [associated] => [topicname] => LostLove )

Gracious, this is just so touching. And you have such
an amazing heart to have the softness to say good bye
in such a beautiful and loving way. I know of what you
speak, [I'm sure many do].

It's beautiful, hun. Gloriously so!!

Milly~
Sweet girl, your beautiful poetry always stirs deep within my heart. I have come across alot of writers but u are one of those who top my list. Your work is sensational.

Fare thee well, my love, I set you free that you may Fly...
Your touch consoled and helped restore, the evil I left to die
May your new love cause your spirit-dream to soar mightily
Always, and forever, know~ I’ll love you through eternity

My how these beautifully quilled words weave deep into my heart. Shine on Milly~
