Sleep takes over my restless mind,
And once again in dreams , I find,
A different time, a different place,
And once again, I see your face,

Your smile so welcoming ,makes me glow,
And a tingle through my body does flow,
You wrap your arms around me tight,
No loneliness I feel tonight,

I kiss your lips and touch your face,
My lonely heart beat starts to race,
Love and passion, burns like fire,
As we give in to our desire,

Our hands and lips they explore,
Till our tired bodies, can take no more,
We lie together, in our lovers bliss,
And say goodnight with one last kiss,

When I awake in the light of dawn,
I look around , but you are gone,
Of you, I can find no trace,
The salty tears wash down my face,

For in dreams,my love you were mine,
Another place , Another time,
Yet you brighten up my life,

Sleep takes over my restless mind,
And once again in dreams , I find,
A different time, a different place,
And once again, I see your face,

this poem is astonishing at first, from the title I thought it would be a slightly immature poem, It was proved however that you should never judge a book by its cover as upon having read it I was stunned. You have completely captured my heart in this poem and I wish I could ever paint a picture as vividly and subtly as you have here, please make more!
