[bodytext] => Punch, Kick Get low don’t drop your hands Work on your vertical jump Testing is coming work on you knowledge Partner up This is only self-defense not for you to start the fight What is the point if all we are learning is for fight Raise your leg up when you kick When you jump put your hands up When you punch close your hands Everything is based on your knowledge Curl up in a ball when you jump.
