The sky was a cheerful blue.
The sun was dancing in the sky.
The passengers all loved the view.
Then all of a sudden within the ship,
Came yelling, which was something new.
Twas the boasting and bragging of a rich man,
To one of the captains crew.

While everyone stood and listened,
To the rich mans’ biography,
A poor, poor sailor of the captains’ crew,
Was filled with jealousy.
Deep in the night, while all were asleep,
Except part of the captains’ crew,
Came the screaming and tearing of a twister.
We were doomed and all aboard knew.

The ship was shattered and torn apart.
Passengers clung onto pieces.
Everyone seemed quite brave for a time,
When suddenly, the storm, it ceases.
All we could see was water.
There was not one sign of land.
We would make it by sticking together,
Except for one foolish man.

Twas the boaster and braggart, the rich man.
No love for anything had he.
Except for the money he’d brought along,
Which was devoured by the sea.
The rich mans’ heart became weakened,
Because of his loss , you see!
How could he face the world as a poor man?
And so he died at sea.

The poor poor sailor had wittnessed,
The dying of this man.
He would never again be jealous,
Of some rich or boastful man.
Now, this sailor is really the rich man,
For now he understands,
That money is one of the evils,
That can surely ruin man.

Money's not evil--it's merely an illusion!
The real riches is WISDOM and knowledge...it's power!
