Feels like I just got here yesterday
Somebody I seen for the first time today
Came up to me and smiled as if to say
Do you need someone to show you the way?
They say life is full of difficult findings
So you have to try to do the right things
For you see we never know what tomorrow brings
To intricate our long list of feelings
We all need that person who tells us we're unreal
And how together we are something so surreal
By being with them instead of being ideal
Then memories of us made it seem as if we could heal
Now people here and there should rejoice
I kept trying to be able to share my voice
Even though I know it was my choice
Deciding to follow my dream is like getting a Rolls Royce
