Tomorrow I shall see you
I know this in my soul
But whatever shall I say to thee
It is that I do not know
For in the darkness
I am all alone
Fear enters unbidden
Threatening all I have known
The pain in waiting takes its toll
As much as I try and hide
My navet holds me back
From running to your side
But I never question my good fate
And the promise you have sworn
That soon we will be as one
Our love newly born
I cannot wait much longer
It tortures me sublime
My mind not knowing anything
Yet my heart still knows your mine

Kind of a bittersweet love poem you have here. The loneliness and fear. Then knowing what you know in your heart. I really like it. You have definitely expressed, very well, the waiting is the hardest part". A bit blue yet lovely, sweet, and beautiful.
