Silent eyes, full of emotion,

Laughing eyes, full of glee,

Hate filled eyes, a message they send,
You left me , no more, It is the end,

The eyes have it, look where it led,
You are happy,I wish I were dead,

Sparkling eyes, tell me lies,
So I may hate you, and despise,

I like the recurring theme that binds it all together - the eyes, of course.

Very straightforward rhyming and simple to digest. A light read that left me pleased with the poem in whole at the end. Thanks for submitting it, jersey.

I and many others would find this most relevant-
7th couplet.. is a familiar one of feelings and such.
