We're listening. I've tried and wanted to end myself countless times and I know theres little comfort to be had in lifes and thoughts such as ours. I hope you will understand , however, that life will end. It is certain that we will all perish sooner or later. What I'm saying is don't worry no matter how bad it gets cause these 6 or seven decades we live are nothing in the span of eternity. We are a drop in an endless well. This torment will end , rest will come. Theres no need to rush what is bound to happen anyway. So get some air , some sunlight , and some distractions.
Take it easy , truly , doug

life is a raging sea of trials and troubles, and it is truly harder for some than others that is a given. But there is good to be found but u must be vigilant if not strong.

Life is hard and very demented and you showed that in this write. It was quick to the point and really made the reader see the pain and hate for yourself thru the joy you see in others. I had times like you feel now when I was in Iraq. Take care….Steve

Hey Jono, Everyone I'm sure has had thoughts of suicide, or wanting the torment in their mind to end, as have I. But I was strong enough to get over it and move on to a happier life. It is you, yourself, that has to overcome whatever pain that inflicts you, whatever torment that has taken over your mind, to make you stand up and say "NO. I wont let myself be weak, I wont let myself succumb to this tragedy of loath and helplessness." When you can say that to yourself, your black cloud will be lifted from above. If you ever need to talk, you know where to find me.....here. Please take care. Kimberly
