As these days pass
my ship is set to sail
looking for a love
like the search of a holy grail
for now im prepared to leave
as the sky breaks clear
praying a safe travel
far away from any fear
On a trip with time
to an untold land
with your thoughts in my mind
and my heart in your hand
just you and me
nothing other
let forever be
on this journey of a lover
As the bad days arrive
i ask will i reach my destination ?
i'll leave it to fate
but not a shortcut of desperation
As the truth may be cold
are these sea's worth taking
will the path be plain sailing
or will my heart be breaking
who knows?
only time will tell
will reach my heaven
or slip into your hell
thoughts of grief
over and over
i slip to disbelief
as its just a journey of a lover
