Sitting amongst strangers
The odd one out here
Faces I dont know
Faces without history to me
Abandoned, with faces I dont know
Make myself invisible
Make myself small
Looking for sanctuary, curled up in a ball
Sounds I dont recognise, noises new to me
Curled up in my ball, looking for sanctuary
People I dont understand, staring at me
Curled up in my ball, looking for sanctuary
I need comfort, comfort, something familiar you see
Reassurance, in my ball of sanctuary
Abandoned, abandoned, lost and alone, so far from home, so lost and alone
Out of my depth, paddling no where
Fish out of water, or sacrifice on the alter
No idea of my fate
Abandoned, Abandoned, lost and alone, so far from home, Im so lost and alone
I want home, the comfort of home
