I feel sad,
But I cannot show it,
Because my eyes have forgotten how to cry,
My heart screams for some one to comfort me,
But I know no one will come.

I feel angry,
But I cannot show it,
Because the anger is covered by fake smiles and laughs,
My the anger is hidden well,
It is hidden deep within my eyes.

I feel love,
But I cannot show it,
Because I have forgotten how to love,
My heart weeps for companionship,
For it is all alone.

This is sad but beautiful...what is it worth to have feelings if you don't let yourself feel them?

oh..oh..oh... I had a poem similar in vein to the feelings this communicates... I think I wrote it in college. How awesome, its been so long sinceI thought of it... your expressions of isolation are moving, and so very, very real! Thanks for sharing!
