I have felt this way for so long and I still feel this way... You have to try and find it in yourself to fight... To gain yourself back from depressions deadly grasp... Keep writing about it... It is a good way to get it out...

Hey , I hope you get through this.
I have not beaten my depression
but I have learned to control it. To
do so I became a student of my
own emotions and read books
to better understand myself. The
first step to controlling it is to understand
it and know what your dealing with.
Remember pills only treat symptoms
and to make a real change you have
to understand the cause. Take care and

You have expressed the hurt and pain that you feel very well. Please continue to express these feelings in your writings. It has been good therapy for me personally. Even if you do not share all your writings with us here please write them down in a journal book. Once you have done that them you may discover who you are and how you really feel about what has happen to you in your life. May you one day find the peace and joy that you seek in your heart.
