[bodytext] => Looking down the barrel of a gun,
my life was no longer my own,
shouting at me to get on the floor,
500 dollars and they wanted more,
my life flashed before my eyes
all i heard was a young mothers cries,
the voice of the lord above whispered in my ear
that if i did what they wanted i had nothing to fear...
but i was scared for my life and what i hadn't said,
one screw up and i could of been dead,
and all the fear ran through my head
so i hold these memories close to my heart,
fearing it all falling apart..

It's a wonder you could write anything at all after that, you certainly encapsulate the drama in those few lines, hope you have had a chance to calm down a little, and get some of your life back. Well done.
