I think you're feeling guilty

I think you needed to talk to someone
But, no one else knew.

Never forget what I told you
That I will always be around.
To talk, to listen, or whatever.
And try to pick you up, when you are down.

I'm so glad you answered today
It felt so good to hear you.
It reassured me that you were okay
But also made me want to be near you.

I know you've got alot on your mind
And can't concern yourself with me
So if you ever need me to leave you alone
I understand, and I'll let it be.

But I hope that we can keep talking
And I hope things get better for you at home.
I hope to see you again, really soon.

You had me a little worried
When you wrote to me last.
I didn't know what to think

Another good poem. The rhyme pattern and flow work well. The person to whom this addresses is very lucky to have someone who cares so much.
