Love is the blossom where there blows
Everything that lives and grows;
Under whose shadows creatures wild,
Softened by love grow tame and mild-
While in the leaves there shrouded lay,
Song birds for love that sing and play~

And see the flowers that below,
So fresh as morning, always blow..
And so might a single rose,
So bright as Heaven, that always shows
That unto a summer shade,
Each petal new soon will fade.
Everything will pass away;
There is no danger in delay.

And so, each grape of every vine
Will gladly bruise to make me wine
While tens of thousands, who so proud
To read these words, will soon have bowed
To all of love that chides to send me,
To my world, to soon attend me,
All the stars above that shine..
And every one will soon be mine.

And so I bend my knee to thee..
My poem, shall thy winning be.

Takes hat off and humbly bows before you~
Wow you absolutely render your reader speechless and leave them in awe. Your beautifully ascribed poem reminded me of "Sir Edwin Arnold's Poem"

Everlasting Love

Somewhere there waiteth in
This world of ours
For one lone soul another lonely soul,
Each choosing each through
All the weary hours,
And meeting strangely at
One sudden goal,
Then blend they, like green leaves
With golden flowers,
Into one beautiful and perfect whole;
And life's long night is ended,
And the way
Lies open onward to eternal day.

You Sir Billy my POEt friend are an extraordinary POEt who has such a flare with a pen. Your reader is never disappointed when they venture forth your pages for the quality and contents are flawless and ever impressive. Thanks so much for posting this beautifully ascribed poem of yours it melts the readers heart. Well done my POEt friend.
with love n hugs from ur devoted fan,
Sue M

My only love ,

This is enormous sweets. What treasures are there for us to unlock when we open our
hearts to love? There is so much in this. So much more than what lay within the words. I
see a trust evolving .. not only in love and those that would embrace it, but more importantly,
a trust in yourself. And no one deserves it more, my love. Faith, trust and love ..

When we let go of ancient hurt, we open our hearts to new and wonderful experiences,
the least of which should NEVER be love. It's such a simple concept, really.

This is incredibly captivating, babe. I especially love the last two lines of the third
stanza and the couplet at the end. Both are intimately beautiful and meaningful to me.
*winks*

Thank you for this .. it's as if you searched my very own soul for the words in which to
express this most tremendous and enchanting sentiment.

In a thousand years, or a thousand days, I could ne'er express how you move me
.. in more than a thousand ways.

All my unending love ~

~Breezy
