This one is all over the map:

"LIFE LOST WITHOUT MY LOVE

LOVE FOR (without) AFFECTION.

MIGHT FEEL THE FOR (force of)

A LETHAL INJECTION..."

Also 'Never Fails?' Is it wailing, or being without the your love? Or as I gathered the pain never fails when such things happen.

Consider that editing is polishing or tumbling gemstones to bring out their luster still other pieces are like pearls that start with a piece of grit and through spit, polish, friction, irritation perhaps brings out the nacre of the rainbow.
