For the girl
Because he can’t
Thus he shall write them,
He just wants her to know
That she is his good feeling
His reason for breathing
And that he loves her
With all of his being
So much that he
Would tear himself apart
Bleed for as long as it takes
Until she wouldn’t hurt anymore
So that she will smile
And brighten the last breath
Of his life
For this is a letter of truth
Written by a boy
To give to a girl
So that she’ll know
How he truly feels
And so that she’ll
Never forget him

This is a solemn letter
Written by a boy
To give to a girl
The girl that the boy knows
Is his dream
This is a burning letter
To express the boy’s feelings
For the girl

Thus he shall write them,
He just wants her to know
