all these people on this earth are dazed and amused
o God gave them all free will and now theyre all confused
dont these talking beings know that we all share common ground
this soil beneath our feet has more than enough to go around
all these people on this earth are puzzled and confused
o God blessed them all with reason and this is what they choose
murder after murder after murder over peices of the ground
man making clubs and bats just to beat your brother down
fighting over dirt and trees whatever brings their pain to ease
all of this when were all the same and we are the only ones to blame
angels looking down in disgrace watching mindless beings fight over space
wondering what made this begin wondering when this tug of war will end
we fight over wine over water over mud
we fight eachother over these things and draw our own brothers blood
angels looking down at this confused chaotic ball of life
wondering why we chose the path of evil, death and strife
we could of had it all paradise for every man
but no, we chose to kill over pride over money over worthless land

This a great and powerful poem.
It cuts to the bone and does what most fear doing in telling the truth.
Every line speaks in a brutal and straight ahead manner great job
loved the Titile and closing line |
