All I want is your attention
No need for Flowers in effection
No need for talk of destruction
Nor understanding for direction
I am a fool
Just for the knowing
You are watching
I lost my soul
out running my mouth
Just from talking
I am the fool
Out of my soul
Ranting & Raving
Raving to save
All that they gave
In order for me
To have the time
To find a smile
I am a fool
Simply finding me
In the attention pool
Because I believe
All I want is your attention
I am a fool
Just to know you are watching
I lost my soul
All just from talking
& I don't need you effection
These are the rules
I am only stating
These are the tools
That keep me calm and soothing
But like illusions they pull
The stars are lovely
Even over a moon so full
I am just stating
These are my tools
& pain is just an illussion

rhei76, I really enjoyed the depthness of your composure here as its meaning became crystal clear. Thank you for sharing your talent of poetic literature and for giving us all a little of your very creative personality. Wonderful poem.
