remember this....
all you want .. is what you haven't saved

so turn around
to that once familiar sound
filling the void where control was once lost

the mistakes
that bleed

bury your thoughts

Out of the black & blue tumbles the line:

"...the mistakes
that bleed..."

and leaves this reader justly bruised through the sport of comprehension. Your use of language demon straights an etiquette which is very rich dear Sanguinarium, I would say you do promote chivalry, honor, style, with creativity.

Bram Stoker's classic 1897 vampiric novel seems to have influence with you. I too, like a compelling write.

Bury the ache reflects an insightful piece of advice to all who would seek it. Written almost in a contemporary style, it still carries a quality of mystique and leans slightly toward dark. I liked comparing 'Bury the ache' with 'bury your thoughts ... with... ashes that reamain' in your closing. Good write!

This is a powerful little peice of writting. Your poems realy have impact, a sophisticated emotional intensity. It's sit's quietly and yet touches one without moving, no going through the motions here. It say's what it has to leaving one unable not to respond. Every thing you've written has it's own approach.
quite enjoyable to read.
