[bodytext] => What if we could put our lives on hold? Could we see into our souls? For so long I've searched. Walking blankly on the shores of my memory. I sit alone in the dark, akward silence creeping in. Hollow tears piercing my eyes, sliding coldly down my cheeks. So much to overcome and I blame it all on them. Those who seek to hurt me. Is it really them or is it me? So often I walk blankly on the shores of my memory. Numbing emotions . . . I write of the soul, not of the heart. I write of the soul, not of the mind. I write of the soul, not me. If my life was still, would I see? Would I see the real, ugly me? I've pondered this so frequently. I'd peer into my soul and see a monster. The monster that consumes me.
