This is a feeling I'm all too familiar with, and you expressed the pain of it so well. Wonderful work. I really enjoyed this piece.

I shake my head in awe of the brevity of this piece that speaks volumes of "abandon and regret". Ya truly got the gift, prissy! Don't mind me, I be a cowboy put monikers t' nickname. In this case, we might be better callin' ya missy. Anyhow, whatever I call ya, I call ya a magnificent writer!

The feeling of loneliness is felt in this read. The words of “abandon and regret” set the tone for your piece. Nicely done. May you one day find the peace and joy that you seek in your heart once again.

Spot on, priss. The last rhyming couplet was the icing on the cake.
