Array ( [sid] => 132698 [catid] => 1 [aid] => mick [title] => My Dad [time] => 2007-03-14 11:54:33 [hometext] => This is to my Dad who I love so very much. [bodytext] => My dad is a ao very loving and kind.
The best dad you could ever find.

Picks me up when I am feeling down.
Can Make a smile from any frown.

Will guide you through all of lifes trials.
No matter the disatnce or the miles.

We are so far apart but still so near.
So he can still wipe away all my tears.

It is very hard because I dont see him all the time.
But I still call him and he calls me to make sure all is fine.

We can talk about relationships movies and such.
I miss my dad and I love him very much.

He stands beside me in all I do.
Dad I want to say Thank you.

Thank you for being my dad.
For cheering me up when I was sad.

Being a shoulder for me to cry on.
Giving me the courage to stand up and move on.

Showing me I am a better person then many see.
For showing me who I can really be.

Lending a hand when things got tough.
Telling me life wont always be so rough.

I want you to know I couldnt ask for a better dad.
And To know you love and care for me keeps me happy and not sad.

So dad I dedicate this poem to you .
And to tell you that everything I said I feel and know is true.

I love you dad.

a very nice dedication to your dad. its so nice when a child is that close to their parents. cherish every moment you have with him and always keep those memories in your heart.
