Alone, I sit and contemplate
All trapped and wrapped up in these emotions I don't understand,
A smileless face,
A wrist decorated in scabby red lines
cut jaggedly through flesh to releive
my scarlet substitute for tears
And it scars my body so that the pain lives with me forever and never goes away
I pause as everything changes around me
let's see how long I can hold my breath so the moments stop passing
wait...it's not working
in trying so hard to hold on I let so much slip away
I'm so full of fear, so full of anxiety
so scared of being alone!
I know you think I'm so full of it
but, I can't just make these feelings go away
I wish it were as easy as you think it is
the more you think you know me the less you actulley do
But, let 's pretend anyway
Let's pretend for you,for me, for them, for us all
for what? I don't know...
But as long as it keeps smiles on your faces
Big oblivious, fake , smiles!
Where's my smile, you ask?
Here's my BIG FAKE SMILE!!!!

This poem reveals a lot of sad emotions. the trials of love are not always what love should realy be. hope things get better for you. hate when people hurt them selves because of something that should be beautiful and not taking for granted. i like your writting alot.

I know this. I have had my share of pretending and denying. Actually I used to say Pretend and Deny cause that is all that you can do. I always wanted to make everyone around me happy and make them smile but while doing that I was dragging down way past low. It wasn't good. I just want you to know that you can Pm me if you ever need to and that you are not alone in these feelings. This was again a very deep and raw poem. Stright forward and it was from your heart.

Take care
*hugs*
